[學術研討]Dialogue in Social and Chemical Affinities (社會與化學親合力)

1081217 speech

Wednesday, December 04, 2019, 14:30 - 16:00
Location 地理系館202會議室(Building of Dept. Geography, Room 202)
講者: Chih Yuan Woon (National University of Singapore)
演講大綱:

This event is to organize a contemporary debate on social and chemical affinities by reader of Peter Adey’s “Air Affinities: Geopolitics, Chemical Affect and the Force of the Elemental” (in Dialogue in Human Geography 2015). The article written by Adey is regarded as a most cutting-edge conceptual publication that brings volume geography, chemical geography, and political and social geography together to understand complex physical and spiritual entanglement between human and air, sky, wind and atmosphere. Participants are expected to read the article prior to the event and bring at least one empirical story or theoretical question as a basis for discussion.
本場次由Professor Woon帶領大家一起討論物質親密性的主題,敬請與會同學先行閱讀Adey, P. (2015). Air’s affinities: Geopolitics, chemical affect and the force of the elemental. Dialogues in Human Geography, 5(1), 54–75. https://doi.org/10.1177/2043820614565871 這篇文章,將以中文討論方式進行本場次。(本場次採計地理系研究生演講時數)
